Ossafreelance is an internet-based freelance organisation offering osteological services including osteoarchaeological analysis, facial reconstruction, forensic consultancy and zooarchaeological services. We have extensive experience of producing assessment and analysis reports within MoRPHE guidlines as well as dealing with any on-site issues and project design. We are able to produce protocol-based procedural documents as required for individual project strategies and assessments to provide full support for our clients during excavation and post-excavation stages of projects.
We regularly engage specialist post-excavation applications such as microscopy, digital radiography, stable isotope analysis, AMS dating etc and produce publications for local journals, scientific journals and edited published volumes.
